After we launched, some of the best criticism of Assignment Zero came from the Newsvine community.
That's probably because you all were the most experienced with collaborating online, you were already organized and had high standards.
Thank you. It lite a fire under our proverbial butts.
I'm not sure if you all have become aware, but we've responded to those criticisms.
Every topic has a team home page. You can join the team, start a discussion on that page, converse with your editor easily and really shape the story.
All you have to do is go to your topic (you can find them from the NEW assignment desk: http://zero.newassignment.net/desk/overview )
And click "join the team" on the left.
We are trying to gauge how many people from the Newsvine community are still down to help out. I know the crowdsourced novels topic is taking off.
And we have plans coming up to further refine and sharpen the user experience and more importantly, the story.
There are 45 of you -- all are smart and I know the AZ community would benefit from your engagement.
Newsvine was a real leader in the beginning. I'm hoping you all will join teams be leaders again.
